100th Tent Commissioned for Tent 100

100th Tent Commissioned for Tent 100

Tent No1 was in Minsk, Belarus in 1998. I first became involved in 1999 in Brentwood when the legendary Dr TL Osborn came to preach at the “All Churches Miracle Crusade”. I met Drs Kevin & Leslie McNulty who were charged to put 100 tents across the former Soviet Union setting a HQ in Moscow. I was priviliged to be part of this UK outreach.

This event raised the money to buy two new tents and money to start the infasture in Moscow. My book ‘Passing the Baton’ reveals how I became involved again several years later by visiting Belarus. This eventually reunited me with Kevin & Leslie in Moscow at a Tent 100 conference. I always promised myself I would be around for the 100th tent not expecting it to be in  USA.

“IT WAS SENT FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE”

A Word Became a Reality

A Word Became a Reality

I became an author in November 2018 of my first book the title is ‘Passing the Baton’

the word spoken over me by Kevin & Leslie McNulty had finally come to pass. Four years later, two years of resisting and two years of hard work writing the book.

Well the book was launched on the 9th November in Daytona Beach, Florida USA with Kevin and Leslie at the celebration of Tent 100 hundreth tent and the launch of Tent Nation USA. The vision to put 50 tents one in every state.  So much to celebrate along with many of the Tent 100 team.

Many years before a man had spoken a prophectic word that I would go the USA and would be a time of change and new opportunities. This was years before the book was spoken of!

You need to write book!

You need to write book!

A word was spoken over me in 2014 that I needed to write a book in Moscow.

My immediate response was “I am to busy traveling, anyway I am not a writer. That seemingly got me off the hook!

Two years later in 2016, I became unwell and could not drive or travel due to an illness. The same couple D’s Kevin and Leslie McNulty contacted me saying we are praying for your recovery in the Tent 100 ministry network of evangelists. Oh Peter, you need to take time out  and rest and get on with writing that book, it will be such an encouragement and hopefully will inspire others.

Whilst in hospital I had four friends come to my bedside telling me I should write a book it seemed like a conspiracy at the time. Well I am thankful to God he restored me. I am back driving after 15 months and recently drove to Belgium to a tent mission. I have been ministering again in the UK. I  am pleased to say I am just checking the last pages of the book inserting pictures. It has taken me two years to get to this stage. I wanted to get Dr Kevin McNulty to read the manuscript and ask him to write the foreward for my book called “Passing the Baton” He agreed to do this when we met recently in Belgium.

The book should be printed and published in October. My plan is to go to the celebration of the commissioning of 100th Tent in Europe at the same as the Tent Nation launch in Daytona Beach USA in November 2018.

Empower to Evangelise in Belgium

Empower to Evangelise in Belgium

It was 325km drive and sea crossing  from Brentwood to Kortirjk in Belgium for the Imove  Evangelism training programme EMPOWERED TO EVANGELISE with Kevin & Leslie McNulty. It was great to catch up with other members of the Tent100 team Kirill & Olga and their now grown up children with Inna and hers too, Not forgetting Akop who was involved with the programme.

Every time I am in a mission Tent I have expectations. It was well founded. This programme was to encourage the ministry in Belgium and France. I was only able to spend three days at the event.

Kevin and Leslie held inspirational meetings morning and evenings each day. Olga, Kirill & Marsha led the worship with real life. It was a wonderful for me. It was the first time I had been in a tent for two years following my illness. It was precious having fellowship with everyone to again.

I was asked to share on street evangelism and various techinques with the delegates before they would take to the streets It  is always a pleasure when you have an enthuastic audience. At the end of the teaching session I shared my passion for sharing the gospel. When I had finished one of the interpreters came over to me saying a man had wandered into the tent of the roadside expecting this tent to be a circus or a fair.

His name was Eddie, my message spoke to him and he responded to the gospel and made a commitment follow Jesus.

I found myself praying for healing after one lady was bitten by an insect, one of the organiser had a knee problem and was in pain. He announced the pain had gone. It was really blessed time.

Arise Training Programme

Arise Training Programme

Amnos church planting school hosts and organising an annual event called “Arise” they have teams arriving from around the UK, USA and as far away as South Korea.

I was invited to teach at one of the Evangelism sessions. I was showing the students the “Tear & Share “ techinque linking it to a testimony explaining how this could be used in one to one conversations. How it can be used to a large audience.

It was a real blessing to hear many of their testimony’s. I began by sharing the traditional method of creating HELL – LOVE- ending the CROSS.

Then the challenge was to create other words that brought people to the cross as you can see.
